I had been researching e-bikes for a while now and came across Haoqi. I added the bike to my cart and accidentally purchased it via Paypal due to a website glitch. I emailed Haoqi customer service and messaged them via their Facebook chat as well. They had great customer service and a quick response time.
I want to thank Esther from Facebook chat for helping me with all the trouble from Paypal and the website glitch. She was very understanding.
When I received the bike, (which came with really fast shipping) it was easy to set up but I found a very visible scrape on the wheel. I emailed Haoqi with pictures and they were very kind and helpful and offered compensation for all the trouble.
Overall, I think they have great customer service and they want to make their customers feel 100% happy with their purchase. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
The Mustang bike is also the perfect size for me and I can't wait to take it on adventures with my dog!
