I used the green Leopard Pro e-bike all summer long, and it had almost no issues. I highly recommend it to everyone!
So far I'm not impressed. I have not been able to ride it because the controls (+ and -) don't work. There was also damage to the derrailluier arm and to the side of the battery. They are shipping me new parts but after one week I still don't have them. Hopefully the parts rectify the problems. They did not offer a replacement battery but the damage is quite minor.
These bikes are amazing bought 4 one for each family member. We'll made.

I finally received my Green Snow Leopard. The website stated “shipped within two days of receiving the order”. I ordered it July 19 and received it on August 14. According to FedEx they never got the bike order until August 4. I live 73 kilometres from Richmond BC where the bike is supposedly shipped from. When once received and I started to assemble the bike it was easy and straightforward except that the two nuts and bolts for holding the front fender to the forks were missing. I contacted the company and they replied with a photo describing where the nuts and bolts should be, they weren’t, I’m not blind! I informed them the items were not there, they apologized and said I should go to a hardware store and buy them and they would credit me $10. How thoughtfull.
I have ridden the bike and enjoy it. It is big and heavy but appears to be all that it is said to be. Recharging is easy but I believe a better manual for the control screen would be advantageous. I downloaded the online manual for the type of control screen for the bike and it was a great help.
A fee annoying issues but overall I like the bike.
This bike is excellent! We really like it! It's my first electric bike, but I often ride road bikes and mountain bikes, and I enjoy this bike. It has a powerful motor with 750 watts. The adjustable seat post is convenient as I can adjust it to my height. The battery is durable, and I usually don't need to charge it every day. Most importantly, it's really affordable! This configuration would cost much more in other stores.
